  1. (intransitive, drugs, slang) To show signs or symptoms of excessive crack cocaine use.
    Look over there. That kid is cracking out.
  2. (transitive, drugs, slang) To intoxicate through the administration of crack cocaine.
  3. (transitive, drugs, slang, by extension) To intoxicate, similar to a crack high, through administration of a comparable substance.
